Proteste in Washington DC for Zvernec

Activists and citizens are protesting in front of the Albanian Embassy in the US. Hundreds of citizens are demonstrating in Tirana and within the diaspora, demanding transparency regarding a luxury tourism project in the protected Narta Lagoon area in Zvërnec—near the city of Vlora—which is linked to US President Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and his wife, Ivanka Trump. The project was planned for two locations along the Adriatic coast: the protected Vjosa-Narta delta area and the uninhabited island of Sazan.
