Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Enea Karakaci spoke at a press conference, stating that the government would not tolerate any delays regarding the Vlora Airport concession and would begin imposing penalties. For the past five days, Behgjet Pacolli’s company and his subcontractors have been barred from work at the Vlora Airport by the concessionaire, VIA, on the grounds that they failed to complete the terminal on time, resulting in a financial loss of €4 million.
