AGREEMENT ON ROAMING FEES - President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, President of Kosovo, Vjosa Somani, President of the European Council, Charles Michel, Prime Minister EdI Rama, President of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Leyen, Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, Member Serbs in the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zeljka Cvijanovic and the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski applauding after signing the agreement on roaming fees during the EU-Western Balkans summit, organized in Tirana. The agreement foresees lower fees for the citizens of the Balkans in the countries of the European Union.
