THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DECIDES ON XHACKA'S MANDATE - The representative of the government, Elira Kokona, leaving the premises of the Constitutional Court after a session of this court, in which it decided on the irregularity of the mandate of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhacka, after her husband was declared a strategic investor by the government. This court annulled as unconstitutional two decisions of the Parliament to block the submission to this court of the motion for the irregularity of the mandate. The Council of Legislation will meet on Friday to start the procedure of implementing the decision.
