SCA DISMISSES BUCI - The prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of the Diber Judicial District, Urim Buci, leaving the Special College of Appeals, where the panel of judges, in the final decision, decided to remove him from office. Buci was confirmed in office by the IQC in April 2023, but following the appeal by the Public Commissioner, Irena Nino, the SCA assessed the decision of the IQC as invalid.
