RE ASSESSMENT OF KACKINI - The judge of the Administrative Court of Tirana, Bezart Kackini, during a session of the Independent Qualification Commission, IQC, which has started the hearing with him. Kacini is going through the transitional re-evaluation process, otherwise known as the vetting process, which will investigate his professional skills and assets.
